What you Can Expect at RCA:

  • Consult + Movement assessment: Our first session together is all about getting to know you. We want to learn about your goals and aspirations.We will guide you through a movement assessment that will help us identify our starting point together.
  • All sessions are 1 hour focused sessions together in the gym setting
  • Remote coaching available after an initial consult and movement assessment has been completed.

Meet Our Team

Jenna Somich

Jenna is a lifelong athlete who began gymnastics at the young age of 2. Her first, fondest, and proudest moments revolve around her time spent in the gym and the relationships she created with her team and coaches. Jenna saw many successes in the sport and competed at a state and regional level. After her gymnastics career, Jenna trained and competed in cross-country skiing, cross-country running, track and field, swimming, and CrossFit.

Jenna has over 6 years of coaching experience, 20 years of weightlifting and conditioning experience, and has trained body weight, gymnastics and mobility movements for over 22 years. Since beginning athletics at such an early age, Jenna believes that you are never too young or too old to start or restart your journey of healthy and active living. She has a passion for coaching people in all stages of life, but has extensive experience with prenatal, postpartum, youth, pre-teen, and teen populations.

She believes that taking on a growth mindset in training, fitness, and life is the key to sustained success. For this reason, she pulls a calm, positive, and upbeat approach into her coaching and classes.

Bryce Sheehan

Bryce began his journey as an athlete in youth sports programs at the age of 4 playing baseball. Baseball quickly progressed into football because running into people full speed seemed like a good idea at the time, and then football turned into wrestling. Competing and training as both a teammate and as an individual are some of his favorite memories growing up – few things can recreate the camaraderie of achieving goals with teammates and coaches! Bryce excelled in the sport of wrestling and had many opportunities to wrestle at the state, regional and national levels. After moving on from wrestling he stayed active by playing golf, racquetball and going to the gym regularly. After a lull in training that lasted about 4 years, Bryce found CrossFit in 2015. The community of athletes and coaches provided the camaraderie he remembered growing up, and so much more. They helped reignite his drive to do better in all aspects of his life – health and wellness included.

Bryce is just beginning his journey as a coach, and he is passionate about helping anyone and everyone improve the overall quality of their lives through coaching. He brings his 20+ years of collective experience as an athlete, committed exerciser, and now coach to the table to help people move from where they are to where they want to be!

He believes that choosing to improve our lives in any way is a positive thing, and even if the process is difficult – it is always worth it. That’s why he always strives to bring an atmosphere of positivity and fun to his coaching and his classes.
